Dr Gerry Miclat

Dr Gerry Miclat completed his studies in the Philippines and completed his training in General Surgery at the Davao Medical Centre, now known to be Southern Philippines Medical Centre (SPMC). He had a subspecialty Fellowship training in the field of Upper Gastrointestinal, Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic surgery of the Philippine General Hospital, University of the Philippines. After arriving in Australia with his family, Dr Miclat made the decision to get back to grass roots medicine and turned his attention to General Practice on the Central Coast of NSW. Dr Miclat has a lot of experience in Emergency Medicine and acute critical care when he worked as a CMO in Wyong Emergency. He also has a special interest in the management of skin cancers. In his spare time, Dr Miclat and his family are very involved in supporting the Filipino community on the Central Coast.
